With Summer officially here and making Summer plans underway, the shift in fashion has been towards Summer pieces that are stylish, yet keep you cool. But also, I love pieces that are timeless and are great to mix and match, especially when planning for a trip. We do have a trip coming up to California next month and I am all sorts of excited. Being a full time working mom, we don’t really get summer vacations and our kids just go to daycare (school) year round. So I really do appreciate the little bits of time off that we can get.
One of my favorite style challenges ever is being able to mix and match pieces to create many different outfits and looks, and when you are traveling as a family and have limited suitcase space (because the rest of it is taken up with kid’s travel essentials), making sure to pick the right pieces so that you can pack more minimalist is important.
