It's Watermelon Time! | SandyALaMode

So yea these photos were taken quite some time ago, when it was a bit colder, because if I wore this outfit out right now I’d be sweating but hey, it’s Utah and we’re bound to get a random cold day soon huh? We picked up a watermelon a couple of weeks ago and it’s been sitting on our counter forever. Not going to lie, I hate cutting those things, so every day I ask my husband to cut it open, and every day he goes upstairs and puts our son to bed and then falls asleep upstairs and doesn’t come down all night (he sleeps in the other room next to our son)… yea we haven’t slept in the same bed together for a few weeks now. 🙁 Anyhow, I’m just waiting until the day that we (I mean he) finally cuts open that watermelon that’s staring at me daily… because I am OBSESSED with them. I could probably eat a whole one in one sitting… and then subsequently pee every hour at night, HA!
