{MEET KATRINA}

1) Tell us a little bit about yourself and how you started your shop?
Hello! I’m Katrina, the busy mama behind the calikatrina shop, blog, twitter, instagram… you know, all that fun stuff! I’ve been a crocheter for 10 years, a blogger for 4 years, a mama for 3 years, and an etsy shop owner since last year! After sharing my crochet projects on the blog for some time, I was constantly being encouraged to open shop. So in December 2011, I got brave and posted my first listings! And what a wonderful, exciting experience it’s been!

2) What is your favorite thing about blogging?
My favorite thing about blogging is getting to share my boys! Jeff and I have been married for 7 years and we have two boys, Ewan is 3 years old and Graham is 1. I also adore all the friendship I’ve made through blogging, such a sweet community it is!

3) What are you looking forward to doing this Spring?
Spring brings warmth and fruit! Looking forward to days at Disneyland and as it gets really warm, the beach! And as a family, we love to u-pick berries… strawberry fields are open now, and blueberries are coming soon!

4) What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
I’m not much of an ice cream girl, but I DO love frozen yogurt. Specifically Golden Spoon chocolate with rainbow sprinkles. 🙂
