Eeeks! I am so excited to finally reveal my townhouse decor!! Now, let me back up first though. I didn’t move, but I did purchase a townhouse to use as my office space. I’ve been doing this job for a lot of years now and I was feeling like it was time to get a separate space for all the things. Clothes, decor, PR packages, it was all overfilling in my house, that I just wanted a separate place for it and to eventually film content too!! Everything has been (previously) in my house, which was making things a bit of a mess!!

Anyways, the Summer of 2024, I purchased a townhouse that is pretty close to my house and it was a 2020 build, so pretty modern, but I really wanted to make it my own! So I hired Utah designer, Glass House Collective, to help me out and it has been so fun working with a designer! I feel like my eye for design is OK, but with a designers help it really took it up a notch. So I went from a builder grade townhouse to something SO SO cute!!! From the cabinet hardware to tile to wallpaper, I love it all!! We went with neutrals with some subtle pops of color like pinks and blues! I feel like the design is also pretty feminine, which fits my own personal style! I tried my best to link up everything below as well!

Living Room

This space was one I really wanted to focus on because it is the first space you see when you walk in!! From the Frame TV (which I don’t know why I waited so long to get one) to the neutral white couch, I am in love! And aren’t those chairs so fab!? I also love the way the light comes in and how curtains really help to complete the space!!

Kitchen / Entryway / Dining Room

We didn’t change much here in terms of like cabinets or backsplash or anything, but where we did upgrade things is in the hardware, faucet, and the CUTEST pendant lights! We also swapped mudroom hooks to gold. I wanted to leave the dining room as an open space so right now we just have a mirror there.

Powder Bathroom

This powder bathroom originally had one wall with wallpaper, but since it was a small space, my designer decided to make the entire room wallpaper to complete the look! But the vanity??! I am obsessed!!! This room definitely looks like rich old money to me! 😉

For the carpet on the stairs, we worked with Mountain West Interiors and got Breeze Blocks in Twine. I am obsessed.

Primary Bedroom / Bathroom

Moving on upstairs, the Primary Bedroom is my absolute favorite room of the townhouse!! From the tall ceilings and the BIG windows that bring in so much light, it was so fun to see this space come to life!! The huge light over the bed, the console styling and the huge TV over the dresser, it all came together so beautifully with neutrals and a touch of pink and blue!

And like are you kidding me with this bathroom!? I never knew bathrooms could be this cute!! The wallpaper and tile were unique and fun!

Guest Bathroom

The guest bathroom was a fun one with some unique tile!

Laundry Room

And it was SO fun to add some new pink wallpaper to the laundry room! It previously had wallpaper, so we just replaced it with something more me!!

Guest Bedroom

The guest bedroom has the cutest bed from Walmart that I saw when I went to the headquarters in Arkansas. And the bedding is zip bedding from Beddy’s! My friend Mollie from Design Loves Detail designed the collection that we used in this room! And how fun are those grid curtains?

Office

And lastly, the office we kept minimal but the desk is the cutest thing ever! Can you tell I love ribbed wood furniture pieces and check print!? But how fun is that light? Actually ALL the lighting choices in the house are SO beautiful and really take the place up a notch and we use these for hallway flush mounts too!

And we swapped from silver to modern gold door knobs and hinges too!

And again just wanted to shout out my girl Chandlar from Glass House Collective! She was truly SO amazing to work with in case you are looking for an interior designer!! She was so hands on, sent design boards, coordinated with contractors and met me at the townhouse multiple times to walk me through design decisions!
