So I took a break from writing my weekly recap posts, but we are finally back in the groove and back at it!! Since the last time I wrote one, we went to Taiwan, celebrated Christmas and New Years, and the kids started back up at school again. The weather in Utah has been quite cold, with a little bit of snow every day. And I am totally OK with that, as long as the roads can be plowed quickly or it can melt fast haha!!
