I hope you all enjoyed my “5 Things I Learned at ALT Summit” post last week! As promised, I said I was going to share more of my outfits from the conference and this one was what I wore for the Thursday night dinner! The theme was “Starry Night Black”, but I decided to go against fashion rules and wear navy blue. But the sequins totally make it look like a starry night right?  This amazing backless sequin evening dress is from Morning Lavender and it’s definitely something a little bit out of my comfort zone, but definitely something perfect for a cocktail party or fancy event! But besides that, there’s just so many cute dressy, business, casual items at Morning Lavender that I could see myself wearing pretty much anything from there.

The last minute procrastinator in me got this dress like days before the conference and I knew I needed a necklace from my friend Ngan at eNVe Designs! She custom makes this amazing jewelry and at her last fashion show she had many pieces that draped down the back and I asked her to make a custom piece for me! She totally made it in 2 days and overnighted it to me to have in time, so happy it all worked out! I’m seriously in love with how this whole outfit turned out and a little faux fur stole was the perfect addition to keep me warm in the winter. 😉 I topped the look off with some nude strappy heels and of course my Chanel. 🙂
