Once in awhile I like to go out of my comfort zone and push myself to really style different pieces together that I wouldn’t ever have thought about pairing together. This way I can continually use pieces in my closet and not feel like I have to buy new clothes all the time. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice to have new clothes all the time, but my closets are literally bursting at the seams, one of the bars for hanging stuff is so overflowed that it’s half broken, and I already take up 3 closets and my husband probably wouldn’t appreciate if I took up another closet in the house. Please tell me I’m not alone, heh.
Anyhow, I last wore this sweater (on the blog) in 2012. Can you believe I’ve been “fashion blogging” for that long? Geez. And I’ve actually never worn this skirt before but I love it so much that I just had to rip the tag off and just finally wear it! I’ve always loved the sweater tucked into skirt look so I had to try it for myself. I wouldn’t normally have paired a sweater with this fancy of a skirt, but it works, and now I have a new way to style sweaters (which by the way it suddenly took a dip for colder weather these few days so I haven’t put the sweaters away just yet)!
