We’ve had our hospital bags packed and in a room by the garage since I was 37-38 weeks and I just wanted to do a little post on what is inside for those that are wondering!  Since this is my second time around, I cut things down by a lot from the first time and am only including what I think I truly need.  And I can’t forget about the sibling present exchange either, that’s something that I really really want to do!  A gift from baby to Austin and a gift from Austin to baby… hopefully that will get things started off on the right foot for them.

Brother’s Bag

Well, on the left is the outfit I have picked for Austin to wear when he comes to visit his sister at the hospital for the first time.  Of course, he has to wear his Brother Bear shirt.  🙂  And on the right, is the dress he had picked out for his sister on our trip to Old Navy as well as her new blankie lovey that looks just like his.

I’m not really sure what my husband has packed… but I am sure it’s stuff similar to my bag, minus the nursing stuff, and probably some more electronic stuff.  😉
