Just wanted to wish my main squeeze a happy (full) birthday and my little man a happy (belated half) birthday!  I’ve always been a firm believer of that the fact that it doesn’t matter where you are or where you live, it’s the people you are surrounded by that make the place.  We’ve been in Utah for almost a week now and although we haven’t really hung out with anyone else besides ourselves, but at least we have each other.  These two guys in my life are the joy of my life.  We’ve been sleeping on the floor together at night (and during Austin’s nap time), sitting on the ground while eating meals, and basically finding new ways to be entertained as we are still waiting for our “stuff” to arrive (hopefully it gets here before the holiday weekend)!

Today is my first official day working from home as well, we’ll see how it goes!  Again, I will be sitting on the floor in my basement office with my laptop on my lap… trying to hide out from Austin because if he sees me, I know he will try and pound my keyboard while on a conference call haha.  I’ve been feeling really out of sorts lately and I can’t wait for us all to establish somewhat of a routine again in our new city!  Tonight, we will go out and celebrate these two fabulous guys with some pizza and dessert, can’t wait!  🙂
