Consider this an e-holiday card to all of you, my loyal and awesome readers!  This past year has been a whirlwind from caring for our newborn, watching him grow through so many developmental stages and just learning how to be a parent.  You’ve watched my little Austin grow up through the Dear Austin posts and you’ve helped me with all the “I’m a new Mama, what do I do?” freak out moments I’ve had.  I have to give a special shoutout to my husband, Marvin for being such an amazing Daddy, partner while trying to change Austin’s diaper as he squirms all over the place, and personal photographer.  I definitely feel like my personal style as a Mama has changed as well through the year (well, I’m finally able to wear more things since I don’t have a big ole belly anymore).  I now wear a lot of bright, colorful, trendy pieces, with a lot of pattern mixing, all while still trying to keep the outfits comfortable enough for baby wearing and rocking my little guy to sleep.  I’ve met a lot of new friends this year through this blog and have maintained friendships with many of whom I was friends with before.  Year 2012 has really been one of the best years of my life.  As the holidays and New Year season are quickly approaching, just wanted to wish you all a HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!  May the rest of the year be filled with holiday parties, good food, family time, reunions with old friends, decorations, celebrations, and wearing fabulous sparkly clothes.  🙂  I’ll still be blogging through this week and some of next week… but just wanted to get this out there for those of you who may be starting your vacay early (lucky)!
