Hello again friends! Did you have a good long weekend? Did you eat like crazy on Thanksgiving day and then spend the rest of the evening out shopping with all the other crazy Black Friday shoppers? My mom and I went out shopping from 11PM – 3AM for Black Friday. One of the local shopping areas was giving out $25 gift cards to the first 1000 shoppers. Ummm yea, we waited in line for an hour to realize we were like the 1020th and 1021st shoppers. That hurt. But we still managed to spend the next few hours scoring some deals at Gap, Gap Baby and Crazy 8. The rest of the weekend was spent relaxing, putting my bread machine to good use, and a little more online shopping, I just had to.
Did the weather just happen to turn cold on Black Friday night? I think so. Which means it’s officially time to bust out the layers, scarves, and boots, red Hunter boots to be exact. 😉 I love the way that a belt over this vest is like a make-shift peplum, don’t ya think? And Fall just wouldn’t be complete without scarves, scarves, scarves.
I love the grey scarf (celebrities have it, woot!)
